With over 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning, Pratibha is passionate about applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world problems and create positive impact. As a Tech Lead in the Enterprise AI team at Meta, she works on developing and deploying scalable and robust ML solutions that enhance the automation and productivity of enterprise products and services. In her current role, Pratibha leverages her expertise in generative AI, natural language understanding, computer vision, optimization, and simulation to build innovative AI systems for various domains, such as legal, trust and safety, and adversarial detection. Some of the projects she has led include proactively detecting threats and bad actors on the platform, improving the accuracy and efficiency of content moderation, and optimizing the workflows and processes of enterprise operations.
